We are specialized mainly in two essences, beech and ash, most of it coming from Eastern Europe. The wood is naturally seasoned in our warehouse 15.000mq of 3000 seats, reaching a level of humidity range from 16 to 19%, or using our modern systems of air drying or vacuum, we can arrive to the moisture degree desired by the customer. The internal processes involving the timber cutting through a new automated cutting system, the selection of the material in accordance with the quality requirements, the longitudinal cutting the size required by customer, any subsequent machining on request. Before packing, our process provide the determinant quality control designed with individual product sheets, defined according to standards agreed with the customer. The company is able to monitor the various stages of the process with an information system that ensures timely delivery of their service, and compliance with the quantity ordered.
